Job summary

Carestream Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting the manufacturing of medical imaging systems, digital detectors, and NDT equipment. You will drive execution across engineering, operations, planning, quality, and R&D to ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.

This role emphasizes collaboration, governance, and risk management in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, project management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, electrical/mechanical engineering, medical device, industrial equipment, or technical product environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects involving engineering and operational teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate execution across engineering, operations, planning, quality, supply chain, and R&D teams to align goals.
• Establish and maintain project governance, tracking tools, and reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Facilitate project reviews, stakeholder meetings, and action tracking to support accountability and communication.
• Support prioritization and resource planning across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements and standard work to enhance execution and collaboration.
• Support change management activities related to new tools, workflows, or operational initiatives.
