Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree required with leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in regulated environments; medical device or pharma preferred.
• Strong communication and financial acumen essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and environmental program engagement across the value stream.
• Lead staffing, training, and daily maintenance operations across shifts.
• Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory to ensure compliance with FDA/QSR/ISO standards.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to improve yield and throughput.
• Develop and manage budgets, COI and site KPI performance.
