Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise transformation or strategic program management.
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as healthcare or PBM is required.

Responsibilities

• Own execution health and delivery performance across the assigned transformation value stream portfolio.
• Translate enterprise transformation priorities into executable plans, milestones, and measurable business outcomes.
• Serve as the accountable leader for achievement of value stream outcomes and value realization targets.
• Provide integrated leadership across business, operations, technology, finance, and delivery teams.
• Facilitate value-based prioritization decisions that maximize strategic, operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
• Challenge priorities and scope when work no longer supports intended outcomes.
• Own business readiness planning and coordination across operational, technology, customer-facing, clinical, and support teams.
• Ensure new capabilities are organizationally ready for deployment through readiness assessments and training.
