Job summary

Recaro Aircraft Seating Americas, Inc. seeks an Industrial Engineer to implement process improvements across Quality, Program Management, Logistics and Manufacturing.

You will lead Lean initiatives, perform time studies, and develop value stream maps to optimize flow and space utilization on the shop floor. The role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams, support for 5S programs and Kaizen events, and the development of standard work instructions and routings to improve TAKT time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Associate degree in a technical/STEM field with 8+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of IE processes, planning and manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Leads lean initiatives and CI projects across value streams to improve workflow.
• Develops and executes current and future Value Stream Maps.
• Supports 5S programs and Kaizen events.
• Maintains routings and documentations for production flow.
• Conducts time studies and capacity analyses to balance workloads.
