Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing/ops/engineering/quality or supply chain leadership.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing complex projects, teams, or large hourly workforces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational strategy for the Water-Cooled Value Stream.
• Own value stream P&L performance and manage labor, productivity, quality, inventory, and costs.
• Lead annual operating plans, capacity planning, headcount planning, and capital investment initiatives.
• Drive Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Leader Standard Work) across the value stream.
• Lead and develop a team of Operations Supervisors and build leadership pipeline.
