Job summary

FieldCore, a GE company, seeks a Value Stream Operations Manager III to drive lean across the end-to-end value stream in partnership with the Value Stream Director. This role defines event scope, staffing, schedules, and labor targets for outages, and ensures readiness through standard work and live outage tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years in Field Engineering or Project management.
• 7+ years experience in gas turbine maintenance.
• Strong power generation and field services experience with heavy duty gas/steam turbines.
• Experience with Primavera and Job Cost Estimators required.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Directs continuous improvement of the end-to-end value stream for assigned technologies and product lines.
• Defines and updates standards, schedules, tooling BOMs, and WBS to support SQDC outcomes.
• Develops current and future state value stream maps and leads kaizen initiatives.
• Drives outage improvement activities and partners with field teams to implement changes.
• Travel required.
