Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing/warehouse operation.
• Experience implementing continuous improvements.
• Experience in a manufacturing operation with demonstrated ability to apply manufacturing principles.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; Lean certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and develop a team of multi-skilled associates in line with company values and direction.
• Review production schedules to identify and resolve problems; ensure product quality through standard work and training.
• Support lean initiatives; provide 5S training and housekeeping; lead change as required.
• Encourage continuous improvement and help associates with policy understanding and corrective action.
• Communicate performance, policy changes, safety, and quality with team and other supervisors.
