Job summary

Advanced Atomization Technologies seeks a Professional Band 1 Manufacturing Engineer with 2–4 years of manufacturing experience to support value streams and drive operational excellence. The role emphasizes process development, documentation, and continuous improvement across multiple value streams.

The successful candidate will work with engineering leadership and operations to sustain health of value streams, improve efficiency, and mentor team members in Lean and statistical methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Support high-performance value stream metrics and initiatives.
• Assist in Strategy Deployment and process documentation.
• Support health of value streams including TPM, scrap reduction and MDR onset.
• Provide operational training and mentor engineering teammates.
• Support Lean / Continuous Improvement activities such as VSM, CP Analysis, and data analysis.
