Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing/Process Engineer to advance engineering management systems and drive lean improvements. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, and construction teams to analyze processes, develop future state solutions, and lead cost reduction initiatives.

Requires 5–10 years in manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and experience with Lean tools, SPC, A3/8D problem solving, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• BS/ MS in Mechanical, Industrial, Systems Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience influencing and leading cross functional teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
• Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, and root-cause analysis proficiency.
• Knowledge of SPC and time studies.

Responsibilities

• Advance and support Engineering Management Systems and processes.
• Collaborate cross functionally with design, manufacturing, and construction teams.
• Analyze current state of processes and develop future state improvements.
• Drive cost reduction, cycle time, improvement, and waste elimination.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure performance.
• Create standard work, work instructions, and production line layouts.
• Optimize workflow, manpower utilization, and equipment efficiency.
• Lead problem solving initiatives (root cause, scheduling, flow, and optimization).
• Develop and execute improvement plans aligned with business goals.
• Train teams on lean manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
