Job summary

Advanced Atomization Technologies, LLC seeks an operations leader to oversee value stream activities, drive safety and lean initiatives, and guide a cross-functional team to consistently meet customer expectations.

The role includes budgeting, scheduling, inventory control, and logistics oversight, plus staff development and continuous improvement across key metrics. Due to government contracting, U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing/operations with lean background; 6+ years in team leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with engineering, planning and quality.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and tools (VSM, JIT, 5S, TPM, Kaizen).
• In-depth manufacturing background and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for driving Safety and Lean Initiatives across Value Streams to ensure adoption.
• Establishes and maintains premier customer service.
• Ensures adequate inventory, production scheduling, shipping/receiving and logistics.
• Develops a budget plan and manages operations within budget constraints.
• Leads by coaching, mentoring, training, and talent development; drives accountability.
• Drives continuous improvement for cycle time, OTD, FTY, efficiency, scrap and takt.
• Supports development programs and meets delivery needs of value streams.
• Manages cost center objectives; not all elements of P&L are controlled.
• Facilitates empowerment teams and manpower/equipment planning/execution.
