Job summary

RTX in Goleta, CA is seeking an experienced Program Operations leader to manage execution across development and production programs, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets are met. This onsite role collaborates with program management, factory, supply chain, quality, and engineering to drive integrated plans.

Candidates must have a university degree with 5–8+ years in operations or program management, and be eligible for DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Program Management, or Supply Chain.
• Experience supporting proposals and BOEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Operations execution across program stakeholders and ensure objectives are met.
• Coordinate with Program Management, factory, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering.
• Lead strategic Operations planning for development and production programs.
• Establish integrated priorities and schedules for Make and align Buy material requirements.
• Identify, assess, and drive resolution of operational risks and conflicts.
