Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years manufacturing ops and/or program leadership, or 3 years with a Master's.
• Experience leading engineers or technicians.
• Proven track record for manufacturing and operational results; strong decision making.
• Experience using MS Project for scheduling.
• Root cause problem solving and continuous improvement skills.
• Experience in Aerospace industry.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production; maintain line of balance and critical path reports.
• Lead a multi-disciplined manufacturing operation team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and 1:1s with direct reports.
• Drive daily management (SQDEC) and escalate issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with PM, manufacturing, design eng, quality, supply chain.
• Develop value stream hiring plans and staffing in support of business needs.
• Reconcile resource conflicts with program management and functions.
• Oversee training of direct reports and support cost/proposals.
