Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical field required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in aerospace, defense, OE, or aftermarket environments are preferred.
• Experience in program management, product management, or operations leadership.
• Understanding of pricing strategy and cost drivers; strong analytical and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Value Stream Execution: own revenue, margin, delivery, and inventory targets; support P&L management.
• Program & Product Lifecycle: manage program execution and lifecycle risks.
• Customer & Contract Management: serve as primary escalation point for customers; ensure pricing and lead times.
• Forecasting & Operational Alignment: lead monthly forecasting with sales, production planning, and inventory.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: lead MOS-driven reviews; coordinate across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
