Job summary

Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. seeks a Value Stream Leader for its Creedmoor, NC site to oversee a portfolio of products within a defined value stream. You will report to the Value Stream Director and work onsite to drive financial, operational, and customer-focused outcomes.

The role demands cross-functional leadership, strong ethics, and a proven track record in aerospace/OE/MRO environments, with collaboration across functions and with customers to achieve growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Proven leadership in program and/or product management.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and with customers to drive outcomes.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Epicor) and office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of products across licenses within the Creedmoor Value Stream.
• Forecast financials with weekly/monthly accuracy and report to SMT/SLT.
• Drive operational performance and KPI leadership for production.
• Develop Supervisors and CAMs to meet objectives across value stream.
• Build and sustain customer relationships; analyze market with Sales.
