Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, four years in management.
• At least two years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of Quality Concepts (ISO 9000, Six Sigma, Lean).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure a safe work environment.
• Set production priorities and schedules to meet customer delivery needs.
• Monitor inventory and supply chain activities to support operations.
• Drive quality metrics, containment, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Sales.
• Lead kaizens and apply lean tools to solve problems.
• Assist with capital projects, budgets, and forecasts.
