Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is hiring a Value Stream Manager for its Greenville, IL plant. You will lead a manufacturing team, drive Lean initiatives using the Carlisle Operating System, and focus on safety, quality, and productivity while fostering an inclusive team culture.

You will coach supervisors, manage a large workforce across shifts, and partner with functions such as R&D, Purchasing, Maintenance, Engineering, and Logistics to achieve plant goals.

Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to coach and lead teams to peak performance.
• Strong multi-priority management and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Solid analytical and financial acumen; experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead value stream manufacturing to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Drive COS-based Lean initiatives to optimize capacity and costs.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team with clear communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and priorities.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and process improvements across shifts.
