Dakota Bodies Liberty is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and execution for the value stream. You will oversee shift supervision and ensure safe, high‑quality, on‑time production within budget.

Responsibilities include training and developing the value stream team, coordinating with maintenance, and driving continuous improvement. Strong leadership and a background in metal fabrication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal fabrication.
• Self-motivated with strong ability to multitask and operate with minimal supervision.
• Ability to motivate, manage, and develop people of all skill levels effectively.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a safe working environment.
• Ensures production adheres to high quality standards set by the company.
• Trains and develops VS team members and builds effective teams.
• Communicates with leadership to understand schedule priorities and act accordingly.
• Works with Maintenance on routine and annual maintenance activities.
• Ensures efficient production scheduling to meet plant targets.
• Identifies opportunities for cost control and implements them with support from leadership.
• Focuses on ongoing process improvement.
• Collects and reports production data and KPIs for dashboards and reports.
