Amatrol in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Leader to direct daily operations, coach teams, and own safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. You will plan headcount, schedules, and material flow, using ERP to optimize processes and support new launches with Engineering.

Ideal candidates bring Lean/Six Sigma experience, strong data analysis skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methods.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily manufacturing operations across production teams and team leads.
• Coach and mentor employees; build bench strength and develop future leaders.
• Own performance for safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Plan headcount and manage production schedules and workforce allocation.
• Track operational metrics and turn insights into targeted improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering on new launches, model changes, and DFM improvements.
