Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Value Stream Manager in Jonesville, SC. You will oversee the capacitor value stream, guide production associates across three shifts, and drive efficiency from scheduling to delivery.

You will lead Lean initiatives, mentor a high‑performing team, and partner with Supply Chain, Engineering and Marketing to meet productivity goals. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing/operations environment.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/management experience.
• Eaton relocation support for candidates outside a 50‑mile radius of Jonesville, SC.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations for 200+ shop floor employees ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.
• Back up the Operations Manager and make key decisions across value streams.
• Develop and implement Current and Future State Maps using Lean.
• Drive continuous improvement through processes, tech upgrades and policy changes.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering and Marketing to meet goals.
• Align demand forecasts with capacity plans for optimal scheduling.
