Job summary

Qualifications

• Manufacturing leadership experience required.
• Associate degree in business or technical field preferred.
• LEAN experience and hazmat knowledge a plus; direct reports experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and warehouse activities for sub-assemblies and final products.
• Lead production staff and ensure efficient workflow across value streams.
• Implement continuous improvement using LEAN tools and QRQC.
• Schedule production daily and monthly; monitor labor and adjust staffing.
• Provide training and enforce safety and loss prevention.
• Ensure cycle counts, ordering supplies, and payroll hours approval.
• Communicate with management and cross-functional teams.
