Job summary

NN Inc. is seeking a Value Stream Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in a designated area, balancing labor, coordinating workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead a production team, ensure safety, and align schedules with customer requirements and quality standards. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in manufacturing supervision, solid organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with lean principles.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement experience is a plus.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing or supervision experience preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling and quality/ safety standards is expected.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Develop daily/weekly production schedules to meet delivery.
• Balance labor across shifts to optimize productivity.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for demand changes.
• Lead area meetings and communicate priorities and metrics.
• Coach production team and drive accountability.
• Support standardized work and adherence to processes.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with maintenance teams.
• Provide performance feedback and development plans.
