Ulta Beauty is seeking a Manager, Value Realization & Transformation to quantify, track, and preserve the impact of strategic initiatives. You will build financial models, run ROI/NPV analyses, and partner with executives to articulate the value of complex programs.

This hybrid, full-time role near Bolingbrook, IL requires 4+ years in consulting or FP&A, strong Excel/Power BI/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to influence decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Data & Analytics.
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
• Experience building financial models, financial analysis, and analytical tools/dashboards.
• Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and financial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to estimate bottom-line impact of strategic initiatives.
• Create ROI, IRR, NPV analyses and translate results into financial measures.
• Conduct data research, benchmarks, and identify assumptions for value narratives.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to articulate value and track progress.
• Establish tracking mechanisms for financials, leading indicators, risks, and milestones.
