Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategy to lead enterprise initiatives, shape long-term plans, and partner with senior leaders across Finance, Investor Relations, and Retail Operations from our Bolingbrook, IL offices. You will structure ambiguous problems, develop business cases, and translate insights into executive-ready materials and board-facing narratives.

A minimum of 6 years in strategy/finance/marketing and an MBA is highly preferred.

Qualifications

6+ years of professional experience in Strategy, Finance or Marketing.
At least 2 years of consulting experience at a top-tier management consulting firm strongly preferred.
Experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
Demonstrated ability to structure and solve ambiguous, complex business problems with limited direction.
Experience developing executive- and Board-level materials and synthesizing analyses into narratives.

Responsibilities

Support long-term and annual strategic planning processes with the Corporate Strategy team.
Collaborate with Finance and Investor Relations to translate strategy and build investor narratives.
Structure problems and develop frameworks to address cross-functional, ambiguous issues.
Work with cross-functional teams on initiatives to assess strategic opportunities using analytical and financial frameworks.
Develop Board and executive presentations articulating Ulta Beauty’s strategy and growth opportunities.
