Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, Transformation & Value Creation to lead value-creation workstreams with a focus on pricing and advertising technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, economics, engineering, healthcare, or related field.
• 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, or McKinsey) or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including building business cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior executives.
• Experience in pricing, commercial strategy, sales operations, or go-to-market work, ideally in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of value creation workstreams, focusing on pricing and advertising technology.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance to implement pricing guardrails and changes.
• Build analysis behind commercial decisions, including pricing impact models and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and external partners on requirements and milestones.
• Prepare materials for executives and the Board summarizing progress and decisions.
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear frameworks and action plans.
