Job summary

RTX is seeking a Value Capture Office Leader to drive strategic cost savings across RTX business units. The role blends supply chain and strategy, coordinating initiatives and influencing cross-functional stakeholders with strong financial acumen.

The position emphasizes executive communication, proactive leadership, and analytics to guide savings and supplier negotiations within a large aerospace and defense organization.

Qualifications

• University degree with 14+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 12+ years of experience.
• Degree in Finance or Supply Chain.
• 10+ years of corporate finance experience or equivalent.
• Experience with financial modeling.
• Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Track savings projects across RTX BUs and the oneRTX teams using PowerSteering as the system of record.
• Partner with Digital Technology to drive improvements to business processes for increased efficiency and cost savings.
• Lead savings workshops in partnership with cross-functional teams to drive new savings initiatives.
• Develop project pipeline to ensure focus on out-year project development.
• Manage bi-weekly meetings with Commodity Teams to focus on execution and actions.
• Develop Executive‑level presentations for RTX Senior Leadership on status of savings program and other topics.
• Support all ad hoc initiatives and reporting related to RTX Product cost.
