Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior capture management professional to lead Shipboard Missile program pursuits. You will drive win strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and coordinate with DoD customers to position RTX for competitive bids.

The role requires deep experience in defense capture, executive communications, and the ability to handle complex sole-source opportunities, with up to 50% domestic travel and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with extensive aerospace/defense background.
• 4+ years’ experience as a capture manager or acquisition professional for US customers.
• Experience on competitive/sole-source captures or solicitations over $500M.
• Intermediate Capture Management Certification or equivalent including USG/DoD PM/acquisition certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a capture portfolio of Shipboard Missile programs across pursuit lifecycle.
• Engage with customers, stakeholders, and partners to develop win strategies.
• Develop and execute capture plans with detailed engagement maps and milestones.
• Lead teams across Raytheon SBUs and functions to secure competitive bids.
