gobravvo is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a physician-led group focused on affordable, VIP-quality outpatient care for seniors. This full-time role emphasizes work-life balance and value-based care with strong support staff.

The position supports a small patient panel, no nights or weekends, and pathways to partnership. Comprehensive benefits and potential signing bonuses accompany a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board-eligible/board-certified in FM, IM, or geriatrics.
• Residency trained in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Commitment to value-based, patient-centered care.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of senior patients.
• Manage 3–5 chronic conditions per patient.
• Conduct outpatient visits (approx. 18 patients per day).
• Develop and implement individualized preventive and chronic disease plans.
• Work with a dedicated care team (MAs, schedulers, referral staff).
• Collaborate with in-house specialists and holistic care providers.
• Ensure high-quality patient experiences through coordinated, value-based care.
• Participate in care team meetings and continuous improvement.
• Use scheduled administrative time for documentation and coordination.
