Job summary

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician to provide value-based healthcare to Medicare patient populations. The physician will work on-site at a single medical center and be supported by a large care team to focus on quality of care and patient outcomes within a value-based care model.

Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing patients, directing primary care services, prescribing medications, and maintaining EMR data using Canopy and Greenway.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate (REQUIRED)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (REQUIRED)
• Active, unrestricted state license (REQUIRED)
• Active DEA license (REQUIRED)
• U.S. work authorization (REQUIRED)

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication
• Maintain Patient EMR data using Canopy and Greenway
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals
• Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team
• Perform other duties as assigned
