Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our healthcare team in a full-time capacity. You will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, focusing on wellness, preventive care, and chronic disease management within a collaborative multidisciplinary setting.

The ideal candidate will have an MD or DO, board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine, an active license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Current and unrestricted medical license.
• DEA registration.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-focused, evidence-based care.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on best practices and patient needs.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate ongoing care, including referrals to specialists.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records using electronic health systems.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
• Adhere to organizational policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines.
