gobravvo is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a value-based care organization in Kansas City, Missouri. This full-time role focuses on preventive care for adults 65+, with longer visits and a collaborative care team.

The physician will practice in a team-based environment, benefit from onboarding, ongoing professional development, and flexible compensation tied to performance. Board-certified/eligible in IM or FM is required; geriatric experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Geriatrics experience preferred but not required.
• HEDIS experience is a plus and training is provided for value-based care.

Aufgaben

• Provide primary and preventive care to adults 65+, with focus on chronic disease management.
• See 12–15 patients per day with 20–40 minute visits.
• Collaborate with NPs, PAs, and care team; optimize EMR for care coordination.
• Engage in onboarding and ongoing professional development in a value-based care model.
