• Lead and collaborate with the center care team to deliver value-based care.
• Prescribe treatments and manage patient care plans.
• Maintain EHR data and meet health quality goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize preventive care outcomes.
• Support center operations with Practice Managers.
