Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an analytics professional to support reinsurance, large employer RFPs, ASO projects and related regulatory reporting in a healthcare setting. The role involves data extraction from data warehouses and nonstandard sources, building reports, and creating visualizations with Tableau or Power BI to inform contract and cost analyses.

You will collaborate with analysts and management across departments to validate data, support financial governance, and drive cost-saving

Qualifications

• Provide essential data support and coordination for critical analysis and reporting.
• Extract data from data warehouse and nonstandard sources; clean and transform data using tools such as t-SQL, SAS.
• Develop data visualization solutions using Tableau or Power BI to enable user interaction with data.
• Develop reports and analytical solutions to support RFPs, large employer, ASO and state/federal requests.
• Analyze value-based payment terms and support monthly reporting and financial reconciliation processes.
• Present complex data, analysis and findings to teams clearly and understandably.
• Develop documentation and training materials including job aids.
• Evaluate impact of business changes on risk reports and provider configurations and payments.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses related to cost and utilization opportunities.
