Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an analytics professional to support reinsurance, large employer RFPs, and reporting for state and federal requirements. You will perform data extraction from data warehouses, clean and transform data with t-SQL and SAS, and develop insights for external provider audiences.

The role collaborates with analysts and management to ensure timely, accurate financial and utilization analyses, with focus on value-based programs, cost savings, and governance in a HIPAA-compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or health-related field.
• Master’s degree or higher preferred.
• Three years’ experience in health insurance or analytics preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provides essential data support and coordination for critical analysis and reporting.
• Extracts and prepares data from data warehouse and other sources.
• Transforms and cleans data using t-SQL, SAS.
• Develops reports and dashboards with Tableau/Power BI.
• Supports cost savings and process improvement through analytics.
