Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an analytics professional to support data extraction, transformation, and reporting for complex healthcare analytics. You will build reporting solutions, validate data, and present findings to diverse stakeholders with Tableau and Power BI tools.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support RFPs, large employer programs, and state/federal reporting, contributing to cost and utilization analyses and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Health and Medical Economics, Public Health or similar field.
• Three years’ experience in health insurance or related analytics field preferred.
• Proficiency in data extraction, cleaning and transformation from data warehouse and other sources.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential data support and coordination for critical analysis and reporting needs.
• Extract data from data warehouse and nonstandard sources; perform cleaning and pre-processing.
• Develop reports and analytics for RFPs, large employer, ASO, and state/federal requests.
• Create visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to enable interactive data insights.
• Support cost and utilization analyses and liaise with multiple departments on projects.
