The ideal candidate has a financial background, significant experience with value-based models (AHEAD, ASPIRE), and strong leadership to align incentives with quality and sustainability across public health programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years in healthcare administration, health policy, value-based care, or program management.
• Familiarity with HIT, EMR/EHR systems, regulatory environments affecting rural clinics/hospitals.
• Strong understanding of healthcare finance, value-based purchasing, quality incentive programs, grant management.

Responsibilities

• General Program Management.
• Strategic Leadership: provide overall direction for the Smart Care Catalyst initiative.
• Stakeholder Engagement with hospital admins, clinics, payors, state agencies, and vendors.
• Data & Performance Monitoring to measure grants and value-based models.
