Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field with 10 years in healthcare operations and project management.
• Preferred: Master's in healthcare administration or public health; experience with Clinically Integrated Networks or value-based care models.
• Knowledge of quality metrics, risk adjustment, and working with rural populations is beneficial.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across programs and to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct value-based care projects and care coordination teams supporting rural hospitals in Texas.
• Provide technical assistance and outreach to rural hospitals, clinics, and partners on value-based care models.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables; monitor progress and report results.
• Ensure quality control, data integrity, and adherence to policies; communicate with stakeholders.
