Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of value-based care, healthcare ops, or analytics experience.
• Strong data fluency to translate performance data into actions.
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and milestones.
• Lead performance reviews across markets, practices, providers, and programs.
• Synthesize operational, clinical, and financial data into executive-ready insights.
