Job summary

Complete Health seeks a Director of VBC & Payor Performance Management to lead the management and growth of payor relationships within our value-based care portfolio. You will partner with Contracting, Finance, Analytics and operations to ensure contractual, financial, and performance objectives are met while driving organizational growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, finance, or related field.
7+ years of progressive healthcare experience, including payor or managed care.
5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business performance or related field.
Proven ability to build and manage collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders across levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the management and growth of payor relationships across Complete Health's value-based care portfolio.
Partner with Contracting, Finance, Analytics, and operational leaders to achieve contractual, financial, and operational objectives.
