Saisystems Health is seeking a VBC/Quality Strategist to serve as a client-facing expert within the Customer Success Consulting Practice. You will drive value-based care strategy, quality measure performance, and clinical quality improvement for provider organizations.

This remote-first role partners with RCM, PacEHR, Payor Enrollment, and Compliance teams to integrate quality initiatives with revenue cycle and documentation workflows. A 5–8+ year track record in healthcare quality is ideal.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• CPHQ/RHIA preferred for advanced quality practice.
• 5–8+ years in healthcare quality improvement, value-based care, or population health.
• 3+ years in client-facing consulting for provider organizations in VBC or quality strategy.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary VBC and quality advisor for assigned clients, covering quality measure performance, gap closure, risk adjustment, and contract strategy.
• Assess client performance across HEDIS, STARS, MIPS, APMs, and payer-specific programs; deliver improvement roadmaps with targets.
• Advise on care gap workflows, integrating quality measures into clinical workflows and EHR documentation.
• Guide risk-adjustment efforts including HCC coding and AWV programs to optimize reimbursement.
• Support PCMH recognition, ACO participation strategy, and quality-based payer negotiations.
