Centene Corporation seeks a Lead VBC Quality Consultant to act as the strategic quality advisor for a portfolio of Value-Based Care providers. You will analyze performance, identify improvements, and partner with providers to enhance Medicare Stars, HEDIS, CAHPS, and related outcomes.

The role serves as the primary quality liaison between internal teams and external partners, coordinating execution, monitoring results, and escalating barriers across national accounts.

Formación

• Requires 5+ years in Medicare quality improvement, Medicare Stars, HEDIS, or population health.
• Experience analyzing healthcare performance data and turning findings into actionable strategies.
• Strong knowledge of CMS Medicare Stars and NCQA HEDIS specifications and performance improvement methods.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of 8–10 VBC organizations as the primary national quality contact.
• Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly quality priorities aligned to contract goals.
• Develop partner-specific quality strategies, action plans, milestones, and accountability mechanisms.
