Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Program Manager 2 to provide operational leadership and translate value-based care strategies into executable, sustainable programs for 3rd party risk contracts. The position bridges strategy and execution by aligning operational workflows and performance measurements across enterprise stakeholders.

This role focuses on operational execution and program performance and does not function as a project management or reporting role.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare value-based care programs.
• Familiarity with contract execution and performance measurement.
• Understanding of population health analytics and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Leads operationalization of value-based care programs across the lifecycle.
• Provides SME guidance on contract execution, performance measurement and financial reconciliation.
• Translates program objectives into workflows and governance structures.
• Identifies operational gaps in contracting, attribution and reporting.
• Collaborates with clinical, finance, analytics and network teams.
• Supports development of VBC operating models and cross-functional processes.
• Reviews performance drivers and suggests improvements for outcomes and sustainability.
• Leads complex cross-functional initiatives with enterprise stakeholders and partners.
• Establishes repeatable processes and controls for scalability and measurement.
• Identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies across domains.
• Presents insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Acts as SME for value-based care operations and transformation initiatives.
