Job summary

• 3 Years of Experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead business development initiatives for Baylor to grow programs in new or existing markets.
• Research, assess, and develop business cases and plans for new programs, services, or projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Senior Management, Directors, and Physicians.
• Promote involvement in and support of new programs and projects within Baylor Scott & White Health.
• Coordinate with Planning, Marketing, and other teams to implement strategies for new business development and ventures.
