Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a VBC Performance Consultant to support care management teams in solving complex problems aimed at improving cost and quality on value-based contracts across CIN/ACO, Health Plan and related initiatives.

The role involves monitoring trends, analyzing data, modeling scenarios, and providing actionable recommendations to leaders. You will lead cross-functional collaboration and help ensure program success and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 5 years of data analysis experience or bachelor’s with 3 years.
• Experience in healthcare data analysis with Medicare/Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans.
• 3+ years in healthcare implementing continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in value-based care performance and strategy to improve outcomes while reducing total cost of care.
• Expertise in Medicare Advantage.
• Experience in Population Health Management including HEDIS/STARs, CMS Quality measures, and cost utilization programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and synthesize trends across value-based care contract indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve contract targets.
• Lead data-driven evaluations and scenario modeling for program participation.
• Advise leaders on ROI, impact and program feasibility.
• Coordinate end-to-end VBC quality performance monitoring and data submission.
• Document standard work and build scalable processes.
