Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a senior healthcare quality reporting consultant to manage client relationships and performance outcomes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across MIPS and other payer contracts.

You will act as a subject matter expert in value-based care, guide clients through complex requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and deliver insights to improve reporting and interoperability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field is required.
• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting or related field.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent client-facing skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Experience planning, facilitating, and leading group meetings.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter while managing multiple clients.
• Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle confidential materials professionally and securely.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant and account lead for assigned clients, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client strategies and drive performance.
• Ensure adherence to QCDR guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze baseline quality data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Lead regular virtual client meetings to review data and provide guidance.
• Interpret CMS regulations, MIPS specs, and program updates; communicate changes to clients.
• Provide training to clients on reporting requirements and software usage.
• Collaborate with IT to prepare, validate, and submit data using submission protocols.
• Promote continuous improvement by delivering insights and recommendations.
• Support clients in leveraging EMR systems to improve Promoting Interoperability performance.
• Conduct random chart audits and generate reports to validate data accuracy.
• Assist with interpreting final adjudications and feedback for stakeholders.
