You will collaborate with Corporate Marketing, Operations, and Market Leadership to translate strategic initiatives into local market activation and partner messaging.

The role emphasizes building relationships with health plans, brokers, providers, and community organizations while aligning campaigns and programs with enterprise marketing goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare marketing, strategic partnerships, or related experience.
• Experience with value-based care marketing and/or Medicare Advantage.
• Strong relationship management, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing & Growth: partner with Corporate Marketing to develop multi-state marketing strategies for Medicare Advantage enrollment, engagement, and retention.
• Provide market intelligence, partner insights, competitive trends, and growth opportunities to leadership.
• Support activation of corporate brand, messaging, campaigns, events, and programs in local markets.
• Translate value-based care model and clinical capabilities into compelling market messaging for partners.
• Identify opportunities to raise awareness and engagement among seniors, caregivers, providers, brokers, and community organizations.
