Qualifications

• 7+ years in value-based care contracting, provider relations, or provider operations.
• Medicaid or Medicare contracting experience, especially with large specialty groups.
• Experience in Value Based Care financial models and risk-based arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and finalize contracting with specialty and Medicaid provider partners.
• Develop relationships with leaders to design and execute growth strategies.
• Educate leaders on specialty landscapes and financial models used in the industry.
• Partner with finance on financial models and VBC contracts to support portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with network and segment teams to deploy VBC strategies timely.
• Conduct market competitive analysis and engage clinical teams to create value-based concepts.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to develop model solutions and ROI for scaling.
• Serve as liaison among internal teams to align reimbursement initiatives with needs.
