Mosaic Health, LLC is seeking a Marketing Partnership Manager — Value-Based Care to drive growth and strengthen partnerships across Medicare Advantage markets. The role partners with Corporate Marketing, Operations, and Market Leadership to translate value-based care insights into local market activation.

You will engage health plans, brokers, providers, and community organizations, shaping multi-state marketing strategies, messaging, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare marketing, strategic partnerships, business development, communications, or related experience.
• Experience in value-based care marketing and/or Medicare Advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing & Growth: develop and execute multi-state marketing and growth strategies to support Medicare Advantage enrollment, engagement, and retention.
• Partner, Health Plan & Broker Relations: manage relationships with health plans, brokers, providers, community organizations, and growth partners.
• Market & Community Engagement: represent the organization at events, develop market-specific partnership strategies, and gather feedback to inform strategy.
