Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager for Value Based Contractor work, partnering with Medicare/Medicaid and network leaders to expand the National Value Based Solutions portfolio. You will collaborate across Network and Clinical teams to accelerate market speed and support segment growth.

You will manage contracting with specialty and Medicaid providers, develop financial models, and educate leaders on value-based landscapes while driving ROI and enterprise-wide adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in value-based care contracting or provider relations.
• Experience with Medicaid or Medicare contracting in large specialty groups.
• Experience building value-based care financial models.
• Experience with risk-based arrangements in government services.
• Strong execution, planning, and delivery skills in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear information.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and contract with specialty and Medicaid provider partners.
• Build relationships with leadership to design growth strategies.
• Educate leaders on specialty landscapes and financial models used.
• Develop financial models and VBC contracts to support growth.
• Coordinate with Network and Segment teams to deploy VBC strategies.
• Conduct market analyses and collaborate on innovative value-based concepts.
• Work cross-functionally to pilot models and ensure ROI for scaling.
• Liaise with internal customers, operations, actuary, product, and analytics.
