Job summary

Maimonides Medical Center is looking for a Manager of Partner Engagement and Performance Improvement to drive value-based care initiatives across partner organizations. You will lead engagement, monitor performance metrics, and coach teams to improve population health outcomes.

The role includes onboarding, training, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of value-based strategies. Strong project management and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public health, public administration, health services administration, business, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Experience with quality improvement and ambulatory care services preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience with implementing change efforts within healthcare organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner Engagement: cultivate relationships with partner organizations and act as primary contact for communication.
• Performance Data Monitoring and Sharing: monitor performance data and provide insights to drive improvement.
• Onboarding and Training: lead onboarding for new partner organizations and develop training programs.
• Resource Connection: identify and connect practices with resources and support services.
• Implementation of Population Health and Performance Improvement Strategies: design and implement improvement strategies with practices.
• Report and Material Development: contribute to reports, presentations, and training materials.
• Supervision of Team Members: supervise program associates and coordinators and foster collaboration.
