U.S. Renal Care is seeking an Analyst, VBC Market Operations to support day-to-day performance of value-based care programs. You will collaborate with clinical, analytics and market operations teams to drive projects, analyze data, and improve outcomes while reducing costs.

The role emphasizes project management, stakeholder communication, and delivering quality outputs in a fast-paced environment. Travel <30% and startup experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in health care; PMO management preferred.
• PMI/Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desired.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Experience with value-based care programs preferred.
• Experience managing physician relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day performance of value-based care programs.
• Drive account management, operational performance and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, analytics and market operations teams to execute strategies.
• Develop project management tools, tracking tools, and communications protocols.
• Analyze data to track patient progress and derive actionable insights.
• Monitor KPIs and develop reports to support stakeholders.
